Morehead Park, an all age manufactured home community, currently has several rarely available vacant lots for new manufactured homes in Tracy! These shaded lots become vacant so infrequently that we have had only a handful in the past 10 years! We also have Affordable RV Rates:
• $205/week plus a one time non-refundable electric charge of $45: Rate includes water, sewer hookup and trash. Actual el

ectric usage is billed weekly.
• All weekly rentals require a credit or debt card for automatic payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
• Refund Policy: Should a reservation be canceled prior to arrival, a refund will be issued under the circumstances where the Park is able to re-rent the space for the days reserved or a portion thereof. The $45 electric fee (for weekly reservations only) cannot be refunded if the traveler hooks up to Park utilities.
• Nightly at $55.00 depending on availability; full hookups
(Payable in advance with Visa or Mastercard. Cash not accepted)
