I’m pleased to announce that I’ve accepted a full-time position as Appraiser II with Valuation Nexus.

After 25 years in the real estate and appraisal profession, I’m excited to take on a role that allows me to apply my experience, judgment, and technical expertise in a new environment. This opportunity represents both growth and continuity in the work I value most.

At the same time, I will continue to own and operate Town & Country Residential Appraisals, with a refined business model. Moving forward, the firm will focus solely on non-lender assignments and VA appraisal work.

I also want to recognize my staff, whose hard work and commitment over the years have made this transition possible. Their support, consistency, and professionalism have been essential to the success of the business, and I truly appreciate everything they contribute.

I’m grateful for the journey so far and optimistic about what’s ahead.
