It might be—but you can’t tell just by looking at it.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that mold has to be black to be dangerous. The truth is, mold comes in many colors, including white, gray, green, brown, yellow, and black. The color doesn’t tell you whether it’s harmless or whether it could be affecting your indoor air quality.

The staff was fast on their feet at this commercial building - they got up the water as quick as they could, but this glue down carpet and foundation were saturated! We needed professional drying equipment (blowers and dehumidifiers) as well as carpet removal. An anti microbial will also be applied prior to reconstruction. If they hadn’t called us, great chance mold would have already started to form.

We are creating a networking group and looking for a location to host us. It doesn’t need to provide food (it’s ok if it does for lunch options) and can just be a meeting room (but should be a private room for presentations - preferably somewhere we can hook up to a tv to present but ok if that can’t happen)
