It's hard to believe that 2024 is just around the corner. Before it arrrives, let's take a quick look at 2023 numbers compared to 2022! In October, Greenville home prices were up an average of 17.6% with the new median price being $435,000. October 2023 saw 103 homes sell and even though October 2022 had 131 sell, homes are staying on the market for only 43 days compared to the 50 we saw last year.
