One of two closing stories coming your way!!!

I love this home so much I seriously considered buying it myself! Secretly, I was hoping it wouldn’t sell so that I could continue to think about it and just go for it haha… but I knew that wasn’t likely a chance because it’s such a great house and so many people would love it! We had a busy several days of showings right off the bat and equally busy open houses over the weekend and as expected went under contract in under a week and at full price… doesn’t get much better!💃🙌

I am very excited for my sellers and the new adventures that lie ahead of them … They left the Long Lake area, but went to equally amazing Suttons Bay…. I guess you can’t go wrong in Northern Michigan! 😎
