Hot off the press from my wonderful clients Daniel and Meg!
When I read this spectacular review (no, I didn't pay them to write this), I thought, "What's stopping me from reviewing my clients?" So here it is:
Daniel and Meg came to me as a referral. Based on their busy schedule we decided to grab dinner and beers at 7 Monks downtown. When I meet with folks I always bring a stack of papers to help illuminate the market, the process, and our goals - which frankly, we typically hardly dive into!
Long story short, we had an incredible dinner together and actually had time to look at the paperwork! After my initial client meetings, I always assign "homework" of must haves in a home (which rarely is done thoughtfully). Jokingly, Daniel and Meg said, "we're gonna go grab a bottle of wine and send you a spread sheet of what we want"
Low and behold, I checked my email in the morning to see the most beautiful spreadsheet of must-haves, motivations, you name it, everything was there!
Because we had a scalpel of a must-haves list, we narrowed down the 1-3 options in the market. The first house we looked at was the one they purchased! I will admit that I forced them to see two more houses, just to be totally 1000% sure, and they were!
With the help of Jordyn Ross at the helm of the mortgage ship, we sailed smoothly to closing on a house they'll love for years to come.
It goes to show that if you spend real time upfront building a very thoughtful 'must-haves' list, combined with a crystal clear goal, the homebuying process can be a breeze! Thank you so much Daniel and Meg!!
