Hi, I’m Ana Garcia, Realtor® with Real Estate One, proudly serving Traverse City and Northern Michigan.

For those who are new here, I was born in Guanajuato, Mexico, and raised in Northern Michigan. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, a mom, and someone who values faith, family, and living with purpose.

My relationship with God is the foundation of everything I do. I’m passionate about personal growth, becoming the best version of myself, and creating a life centered around gratitude, love, and meaningful experiences.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my family, caring for my dogs, gardening, and enjoying the beauty of Northern Michigan. I’ve been blessed to travel to a few countries and experience different cultures, and I’m always up for a new adventure—especially if it involves hiking, nature, or making memories with the people I love most.

Real estate is more than a career to me—it’s an opportunity to help families create stability, build wealth, and find a place where life’s most meaningful moments happen. It’s a privilege I never take for granted.

From the motherland 🇲🇽 to the closing table ✈️🌱

Landed from Mexico and went straight to closing on this beautiful piece of land. Moments like this remind me why I do what I do — helping families plant roots, build dreams, and create generational wealth no matter where life takes me.

And yes… the apple tree made it too 🍎🌳 A little closing gift to symbolize new beginnings, growth, and future memories on their land.

Closing on vacant land with my sister today 🤍🌿 and I just keep thinking how grateful I am for this life.

We have Christmas Trees FREE to those in need! 🎄🎄🎄🎅 Pick up anytime from our parking lot. First come, first serve. A huge thank you to Al from Dutchman Tree Farm for donating the trees! ❤️
No need to come inside or register or anything- simply drive in and pick out a tree!🌲
Note: we originally posted that the trees were from Komrska’s. This bunch of beautiful trees came from Dutchman’s Tree Farm and we are grateful (and apologize for the mix up).
