Quick market recap of last month!

🏠 Grand Traverse County:
Inventory is up compared to October of last year! But, # of sales is down by 15%. So, the market seems to be shifting and buyers are taking more time to make decisions.

🏠 Leelanau County:
Inventory is WAY up! It seems that high end waterfront season is coming to an end.

🏠 Benzie County
Number of sales is up my 90% even with inventory down slightly. This could be due to better affordability compared to Grand Traverse and Leelanau county.

🏠 Antrim County
Similar to Benzie, more buyers seem to be seeking more affordable options.
