JUST SOLD!!!

This transaction was really pretty epic for me. This opportunity came when I was feeling pretty down about real estate, this is a very hard business at times, and I was spending a lot of my time feeling pretty uncertain with the NAR lawsuit changes and the current finicky market. Fast foward to getting a call from an agent downstate who said, I saw a property you had listed in the area that sold a little while ago and I loved how descriptive you were in the writing/bio, the beautiful pictures and how well you marketed it. I have a client who wants to sell and I would like you to do it. I was SO honored and ready to take on this task. I was FULL service on this one; weed-whacking, picking up the pieces on where his property management fell short, hauling trash, cleaning, numerous trips back and forth to Rapid City, I wanted my client to know everything was taken care of being he was 4 hours away.

We were on the market a total of 39 days from listing to close. I price my listings right the first time, I market them well and I have rarely had anything sit on the market longer than 2 weeks when I list- I am pretty proud of that! :)
