Here it is - the 2024 Northern Michigan real estate market summary. We crunched the numbers for 2024 and while the data does reflect the day-to-day realities that we see in our business, it's still shocking to see how these stats have changed over the course of the last five years. Overall, we were happy to see more options on the market for buyers and a slowing down of the insane rate of growth on home values (yes, values are still going up.. just not at the aggressive pace that we saw from 2020-2022).
