Couldn’t have been a better fall day to show a 175 acre parcel to some new clients and their bird dog. The property was gorgeous, with tons of deer activity, tons of active scrapes and rubs. Unfortunately with all of the deer activity, there was lots of ticks. They picked well over a couple hundred off of their setter!

So this about sums up the end of my Summer. What a wild ride that I won’t bore anyone with or go into detail with as it is too long to explain. I know many of my colleagues would understand as they have their own unique stories. I recently closed on two of my most unique deals to date. So many crazy unforeseen circumstances that seemed to change daily for months and months , but they finally made it to the finish line! I have experienced some crazy deals over the years and when I think nothing will be as difficult or unique as the previous…surprise!! With the help of other professionals in the industry, patient and trusting clients we finally made it. Congratulations to my clients and the other professionals involved! Cheers🥂 to making it to the finish lines 🏁 🏁 , cheers to a blessed Summer ☀️, and cheers to the upcoming change in seasons 🍁 ❄️! This Summer has definitely made me stronger💪 in the profession.

Never understood stealing, but real estate signs?? Come on…!! I know I’m not that popular that someone wants my name. 😁 I have had signs that have been in car accidents, but this is getting crazy! Multiple signs. Fortunately I have a handful left, but they aren’t free . I have talked with other realtors and this has been all too common lately. Getting about time to have game cameras in action. 😡

Just closed on the biggest piece of acreage I have sold to date. From my first sale ever a (40) acre parcel to this 364 acres with a cabin these are my favorites in the real estate world! Hunting and the out of doors have always been a passion, Especially true when it comes to working in a place which is one of my favorites, Da U.P!
