Married for over 35 years and having raised their four children here in Tampa Bay it has always been their dream to follow their parents example and combine their real estate expertise to work together. Their new team brand allows them to serve friends and family in a way that is helpful and life giving to others while working together. Shawn has lived in the Tampa Bay Area since 1982 and holds her BA from the University of South Florida. Her career as a teacher with the School District of Hillsborough County Schools included serving as a trainer, data coach and administrative staff and gives her amazing insight into home, lifestyle and community. This translated well into her intuition and expertise in real estate and in 2017, she joined Tomlin St Cyr Real Estate Services as a Founding Realtor and has been dedicated ever since to bringing value, compassion and solutions to each transaction. Shawn holds her GRI designation in real estate and expects to be a licensed Broker Associate in 2022. He served as a successful, fourth-generation business owner for over 30 years on the Tampa Wholesale Produce Market. Throughout his career, he operated successful businesses that date back as far as 100 years in Tampa's history. His keen business sense and knowledge of the Tampa Bay Area is an asset to every transaction and brings simple and reassuring solutions to the complexity of real estate. He began to transition to real estate in 2020 to join forces with Shawn and look to their future. Currently completing his GRI designation, James also plans to continue growing and increasing his knowledge in real estate to benefit those he serves. They connect and serve all their clients with the goal to add value, trust and expertise to each of these transactions.
