Geoff is a real estate advisor with Coastal Properties Group International and has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer specializing in waterfront and luxury homes throughout Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco counties. Using his vast experience in Corporate Relocation with Fortune 500 companies, Geoff developed a complete understanding of the entire Southwest Florida real estate market.

After graduating from James Madison University with a degree in management and marketing and brief stint in corporate retail, Geoff went to work for Bradbern Construction,Company, a real estate development and construction company. Over a 10 year period Geoff worked his way up to vice president. In this position he oversaw large residential and commercial projects including the construction of luxury home developments, several hotels, restaurants and retail complexes. In 1995 Geoff, drawn by the beautiful weather and vibrant business community, moved to Pinellas County and entered the Real Estate Brokerage business. For 20 years Geoff has thrived by providing exceptional customer service and market knowledge helping his clients buy and sell luxury homes throughout the area. Geoff knows the importance of listening to his clients, consistently following up with them and working to make the sometimes complicated home buying and selling process easy. As a result of his commitment to client services, he’s often rewarded with repeat business and referrals seeking the exceptional experience he is known to provide. With his building background and decades of real estate knowledge, Geoff is often able to help clients find creative solutions to everything from landscaping to awkward floor plans. Geoff is a Member of the Pinellas Realtor® Organization and National Association of Realtors®. Geoff currently resides in the Jungle Terrace area of St. Petersburg with his wife of almost 30 years, Michele, daughter Megan and son Andrew. Geoff also enjoys spending time with his son Sean, daughter in law Jenna and his amazing granddaughter Maeve at their home in south Florida every chance he can get.
