Hey Matheson Community, March is here which means so is MARCH MADNESS! We want you to join us in the Clubroom to watch EVERY SINGLE GAME from the First Four down to the Championship Game
We’re here for the diehard college basketball fans, the down to making friends, the family looking for a fun activity, or the competitive prize winners, and anyone and everyone in between! This is a fantastic way to have some fun this March and start of 2026 with a bang! A fantastic opportunity to meet neighbors and make friends for those new to the community. Ultimately this is here to unite our community, have a blast, and make some new friends
🎉 Event Highlights
🏆 Bracket Challenge Prize
Submit your completed March Madness bracket by March 17 at 9:00 AM to be officially entered. The resident with the most accurate bracket at the end of the tournament will win a prize!
📊 Score Prediction Games
Throughout the tournament, we will select featured games where you can submit a prediction card by 6am the day of the game with:
Your name
Unit number
Predicted team’s final score
The resident closest to the final score will win a prize for that game!
🎁 Event Prizes
We have been given multiple prizes by some of our friends in the area.
Bracket Prize: Our boys down at Hart Floor Company have sent us a $100 universal gift card for the lucky Bracket Prize winner! If you are looking to build a house or refresh your home with some renovated flooring, they are the people for you!
Championship Prize: Our great neighbors at Twisted Sugar have helped us out with a custom Stanley that gets 50% off on refills, and a matching dri-fit hat. Located just down the road, they are your place for all your soda, cookies, or sweet tooth cravings!
Game Score Prizes: The amazing team over at Mike Norr plumbing has lined the game score predictions winners with some loaded gift baskets! When it comes to quality plumbing, they have been here for the community for the last 32+ years, they have the experience to get your jobs done and right! We also have some gift cards for the Grille and Bowling alley just up the road to give a fun night of food and games for our residents.
Please note:
-Only residents are eligible to win prizes.
-Once a resident wins one prize, they will not be eligible to win additional prizes.
-While only residents can win, friends and guests are totally welcome to join you in watching the games.
-We simply ask that everyone be respectful of the space and fellow residents. If we notice that the environment becomes disruptive or disrespectful, we may need to end portions of the event early. We ask that that respect will also go to not tampering with our TV’s and apps, such tampering will also result in clubroom access restrictions or events ending early. We appreciate your cooperation and your guests’ cooperation in helping make this a fun and welcoming experience for everyone!

The tournament schedule will be posted in the Clubroom, and official game times can also be found on the NCAA website.
We’re looking forward to bringing the community together for some friendly competition, great games, and a lot of fun. So come by, bring your friends, fill out your bracket, and meet your neighbors!
