Every buyers needs, goals, and finances are different.
So that means 👇

A “Good Deal” to one buyer looks like finding the house that hits most their wants/needs, is in great shape and presented beautifully to the public. That buyer is willing to do what it takes, working with their realtor to come up with the best offer they possibly can, in order to beat out several other offers to get the HOME they have their heart set on.

To another buyer a “Good Deal” looks like knowing what’s best is to wait and look at homes that have been on the market 2-3+ weeks, that are overpriced, bad pictures (bad pictures are GREAT for buyers savings, not great for sellers) or homes that look so unappealing in pictures because the seller wasn’t advised on how to properly prep their house for the market. Thats when we come in and negotiate an offer that reflects the amount of activity on the house, potential repairs, and its appeal to the public… typically meaning an offer well under list price and/or concessions.

Whether you’re Selling or Buying it’s clear to see that the right strategy goes a long way, and will set you up for success whatever your goal is.

It’s important to have it looking its best when preparing your house to sell, and these 5 simple steps will have you well on your way. 👇

1. Remove all items from your refrigerator exterior
2. Remove all small appliances/ utensils/ paper towel from countertops.
3. Clean all appliances stove, dishwasher, fridge
4. Wash your window/s
5. Remove any small rugs/ runners.

By doing this you remove access clutter, and create a clean simple space that removes any distractions for buyers walking through and looking at pictures online.
