Zillow is a great starting point, but it should not be your entire real estate strategy.

Here’s why:
• Zestimate values can be wildly inaccurate because they cannot account for condition, upgrades, location nuances, or current buyer demand
• Homes marked “active” are sometimes already under contract
• Price reductions do not always mean opportunity
• The best homes are not always the ones the algorithm pushes to the top
• Real estate is hyper local, and no website understands your market like a local expert does

Buying or selling a home is too important to rely solely on an algorithm. Strategy, timing, negotiation, and market insight matter more than ever.
