Every week I go through the homes for sale across the Downriver area and find the one that is drawing the most attention from buyers on Zillow, compared to other homes its age. This week that home is in Taylor.

Here is what the numbers show. This home collected 170 saves and 950 views on Zillow in one week. The homes we checked averaged 52 saves. This home had 228 percent more saves than that average. Saves and views measure attention. They do not tell us how many people scheduled a tour or made an offer. But that level of attention on one home, in one week, is worth knowing about.
