MONDAY THOUGHT: After 8 years in real estate, I've learned that this business is about a whole lot more than putting a sign in a yard. 😉

Especially when you're talking about North Florida real estate.

Country homes, farms, acreage, hunting land, river property and vacant land each come with their own set of questions and knowing how to price, position and market those properties matters.

I've walked a lot of land, opened a lot of gates, toured a lot of houses and had plenty of conversations around kitchen tables over the years. I've also learned that being a good Realtor sometimes means telling you something you don't necessarily want to hear.

My job isn't to tell you what sounds good. It's to help you make a good decision.

I'm proud of the experience I've built, but I'm even more grateful that I get to do it right here in the communities that raised me.

The finished videos make us look like we know exactly what we’re doing.

The camera roll tells a slightly different story. 😂

Turns out putting two friends together, handing them a script and telling them to “just act natural” is a recipe for approximately 72 takes, forgotten lines, uncontrollable laughing and a whole lot of footage that was never supposed to see the light of day.

But here we are sharing it anyway. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

So help us settle something: should we keep the bloopers coming, or stick to selling houses?

August, you were FULL.

A month of change, new beginnings, busy schedules, and a whole lot to be thankful for.
School started back, football season arrived, and our calendars quickly filled up again.

Kayla and I brought some really great new North Florida listings to the market, have more being prepared behind the scenes, and spent plenty of days doing what we love—helping people make their next move.

And the biggest change of the month… we made the move to Real Broker and officially started a new chapter together. I truly feel like the sky is the limit, and I'm so excited about what we're building and where we're headed.

Now we're officially entering the BER months—my favorite stretch of the year. 🍂

September, October, November, December… let's make them count.
