✨ A little real estate story… but really, a testimony. ✨

This one is special.

My sweet, God-fearing seller first tried to sell her home on her own… and when that didn’t work, she trusted me to step in and help guide her through the process.

We hit the market and got our first contract. Everything was moving smoothly—inspection ✔️ appraisal ✔️
Then just 2 days before closing… the buyer backed out. No clear reason.

She was shaken and confused, but she stayed steady. She trusted the Lord. 🙏

We went back on the market and secured another contract—this time with the sweetest first-time homebuyers. 💛

But then… another challenge.
The lender (a big bank) just couldn’t get it together. Even after having the appraisal in hand early on, they couldn’t close by the contract date… and even with an extension, there were still no clear answers.

So the buyers made a move that changed everything—
👉 They switched to a local lender.

And let me tell you… that made ALL the difference.

From the moment the new lender stepped in, she had it clear to close in just 8 days. 🙌

And just like that… we made it to the finish line. 🏁

This journey is a reminder:
👉 Not all lenders are the same.
👉 Not all agents are the same.

Interview. Ask questions. Educate yourself before signing on the dotted line. It matters more than you think.
