When I planted this sign Monday after closing for the first time ever, I heard cheering and clapping. Turned around and saw a driver had rolled her window down and was clapping for me and said great job, congratulations!!! I just love days like these 🏡❤️🙌 Not just that moment but every closing I feel so blessed to have a small part of helping a families dreams become reality.

So excited for my buyers and the sellers alike. It was such a sweet closing. The sellers flipped the lot with the addition of a new mobile home and had been praying about the future owners for a year. My buyer had been praying for Gods will and was trusting His timing as well. I’ve been helping her look at various properties over the last two years. This was it!!! From contract to close in less than 30 days 🙌🙌🙌

Buyers & sellers signed separately at closing and even had the closing agent talking about the Lord at work making real estate deals happen. All I have to say is Amen-WON’T HE DO IT! All glory to God!
