This is Carlin, owner of Top of the Line Steel Buildings. I wanted to let you know about a new feature we’ve added to our website that makes planning your building easier than ever.

You can now design your building and see it in full color before you move forward. We can design the building for you, or you can visit our website and click on the 3D Building Designer to create your own. You’ll be able to choose the size, height, width, doors, windows, walk doors, and more.

Once your design is complete, simply fill out a short form and click Request a Quote. I may follow up with a quick phone call to go over a few details, but this tool gives you a great visual of exactly what your building will look like.

Today we completed a 24′ × 30′ x 12'
all-steel garage in Macedonia, Iowa. The building was constructed on a 6-inch concrete slab with a 12″ × 12″ thickened edge. It will be wired for electric service and includes two 10′ × 8′ overhead doors.

The total cost for the building including concrete was $15,811.16 not including Concrete.

Today I was blessed by a phone call from a friend for years! He was diagnosed 6 months ago with stage 4 lung cancer. I told him to contact the James Clinic in Chariton, Ia. He did and today he is cured after being told he had 6 months at best to live. So if you have anyone you know that is looking for a different answer to living longer after a diagnose of CANCER Have them call and check out the James Clinic. God has blessed me to spreed the word and I will continue to do so. God speed to everyone 🙏🙏🙏 Amen!
