WOW! Check out this view of East Main Street between 1889-1900!

Here's a view of East Main Street in Trinidad, Colorado taken around 1889-1900 by Otis Aultman. The signs read: "Trinidad National Bank" and "Union Block."

Otis Aultman was the brother of, Oliver E. Aultman, who opened a photography studio in Trinidad in 1890. Using glass plate negatives and film, the Aultmans made studio portraits of thousands of southern Colorado residents.

Otis Aultman left Trinidad in 1909 and was later employed as a freelance news photographer. He would later become known for his images of the Mexican Revolution.
