Have you ever wondered why we named our company Title Connect? 🤔

It’s actually pretty simple.

We believe connections are everything.

In real estate, you can have the best people in the business around you, but sometimes what you really need is someone who knows who to call, who can help, and who will actually show up.

That’s something our owner, Lauren Goins, has always believed in.

Last week, you may have spotted Lauren around the Wyndham Championship golf tournament in that Bronco of hers. She was volunteering through her church, helping shuttle people who needed a ride, handing out water, and just looking for ways to help wherever she could. Nothing fancy. Just showing up.

And honestly, that’s the heart behind Title Connect NC.

Lauren believes strongly in the importance of community and connection that her office is located inside Renaissance Place - Cowork Triad, a local coworking and private office suite community where she also volunteers her time.

You might find her there acting as a little bit of a “tour guide” for business professionals in Greensboro. She loves showing people around, introducing them to other business owners, and helping make connections that could turn into friendships, partnerships, or opportunities.

Because she believes that when you help people connect, everybody has the opportunity to grow.

That mindset carries over into the way we serve our real estate partners every day.

Lauren has always been the kind of person who tries to get it done. And if she can’t personally help, she’ll do her best to connect you with someone who can and someone she would trust to do it to the level of excellence she would deliver.
