Buying a home in Florida from another state means trusting someone you've never met in person.

That is a lot to ask of a stranger, and I don't take it lightly.

I've walked buyers through their entire purchase before they ever set foot in the state. Florida has its own rules, from flood zones to closings, and I explain each one as it comes.

Remote doesn't have to mean risky. It just has to be done right.

My personal favorite? The Poutine! 😍 It is absolutely my new go-to!! Hubby’s favorite was the Shepherd’s Pie, which was a big hit too!

The first day of school came and went, and some of you are still in the house you were hoping to leave.

That deadline felt real in April and urgent in June. Now it's behind you and the search is still open. You picked a date, the right house didn't show up in time, and part of you is wondering if you blew it.
