Once your home is listed, the silence is the hard part.

Showings happen while you're at work or sitting in the school pickup line. Then you wait for feedback that may or may not come.

🏡🎉 JUST SOLD in Tarpon Springs!

The condo market has certainly had its challenges, but sometimes it’s all about finding just the right buyer!

I’m so happy we were able to get this lovely condo SOLD and, more importantly, give my sellers some much-needed peace of mind. ❤️ Knowing they can finally breathe a little easier with one less thing to worry about makes this closing especially rewarding!

If you've spent this year waiting on price, the monthly payment is the number to look at now.

Asking prices across Tampa Bay did come down. Then rates climbed and took that savings back.

I get why that stings after a year of patience.

A price is still something you can negotiate, one house at a time.

I recently had a buyer focused on getting the monthly payment where they wanted it. Rather than waiting for prices to drop, we asked the seller for a credit toward a rate buydown. That made the numbers work much better for them. 🏡

I'm not a lender, and your loan deserves one. The house and the negotiation are where I come in.

My wonderful NY buyers were in town today for their pre-drywall inspection, and everything went great! 🙌

One of my favorite parts of working with relocating buyers is being their eyes and ears on the ground, especially when building a home from hundreds of miles away.

And as if the day wasn’t sweet enough, they surprised me with authentic NY Italian cookies! 🍪❤️ Such a thoughtful gesture!

I truly love what I do and the relationships I build along the way. Helping my buyers make a smooth transition to Florida is what it’s all about! 🌴☀️

A strong first week on the market doesn't happen by luck. It happens before the sign goes in the yard.

If you're quietly worried your home will sit, that fear is common, especially in a slower market.

The sellers I see get solid early offers usually did the same things first: priced against reality, prepped the home before listing, and presented it well.

None of that guarantees a timeline. It does put the odds in your favor.
