When 4069 Barbour Trail came to us, we began with a plan. Together with the homeowners, we made thoughtful decisions about how to position the property, maximize its appeal, and create the strongest possible first impression.

This week told the same story three different ways, and each one comes back to the work most people never see.

The first home came to us with a plan. We sat down with the homeowners, made targeted decisions about how to position and market the home, and then did the part that happens behind the scenes. Our team staged the home ourselves, bringing in our own artwork and decor and spending many, many hours arranging each space so buyers could walk in and immediately picture their life there. The market responded right away. Interest was strong from day one, the home went under contract in just 5 days, and we guided both the buyer and the seller through to closing.

The second home held years of memories. It feels like yesterday that we found it together after a true marathon of a house hunting trip, back when this 2019-built beauty first captured their hearts. With their hearts now pulled toward family up north, they made the bittersweet decision to begin a new chapter closer to the people they love. When it came time to sell, preparation and strategy met opportunity.
