After a major inspection renegotiation we were able to secure a great deal, and the home appraised well above our final purchase price! 🏡

As very few of you may know, last year I started the journey of obtaining my USCG Merchant Mariner Credential(USCG captains license)! ⚓️

After massive delays, government shutdowns, and a whole lot of patience… my credentials have FINALLY arrived, making it 100% OFFICIAL!🌴

Starting March 1st, I’ll be running charters for ClearWake Watersports and occasionally Reel Runner Gulf Adventures when I’m not tending to real estate 🏡🚤

As always, real estate and my clients will continue to come first — but I’m excited to officially add this new chapter to the mix!
