“I have always enjoyed real estate,” she said. “I especially like that feeling of helping people buy their first home. Since I have lived in this area for such a long time, I know a lot of people and that certainly helps in the real estate business.”
Hillary notes that homes in the Tampa Bay area are reasonably priced, making it ideal for first-time homebuyers. And with the beautiful beaches and close proximity to Orlando, there are endless possibilities for active families! When she is not helping people achieve their dream of home ownership, Hillary enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle – running 5K and 10K events, kayaking and spending time at the beach. She also loves spending time with her two dogs and husband. Hillary is a member of the Pinellas Realtor Organization. She is certified in the FHA’s 203K program, which provides additional funds for needed home renovations during the purchase process.
