I absolutely love this property we built in Scottsdale, Arizona.

4 identical townhomes on resort zoned land.

Not subject to STR rules or laws.

The only nightly rental allowed within ten miles of one of the countries busiest golf courses.

Our closest competitor is the Four Seasons.

Rated one of Northern Scottsdale's top ten places to stay.

Situated in one of the best neighborhoods in Northern Scottsdale. Where we have a built in Clientele of neighbors with family guests.

Commercial pool and hottub

Party backyard with putting green fire pits, bbq, and seating areas.

Great to rent out as a whole for larger more discreet entourages, wedding parties, executive retreats, and golf trips.
