These clients-turned-friends were truly the sweetest to work with. I first met them 2 years ago while showing one of my lease listings, and I ended up helping them find a lease home at the time.

Another off-market sale in the books ✨

My sweet clients were, for lack of a better term, at their wits’ end with this home. After evaluating all of the options, including listing it on the market and making repairs or updates, they decided an off-market sale made the most sense for their situation.

I reached out to my network of agents and investors, and we had the home under contract and closed within a week, with no option period.
