Today, we remember the nearly 3,000 people who lost their lives, the families who lost loved ones, and the first responders and ordinary Americans who showed extraordinary courage.

We also remember the unity that followed.

Neighbors helping neighbors.
Strangers helping strangers.
Americans standing together.

May we never forget.

God bless those we lost. God bless their families. And God bless America.

And there's an important distinction:

What you want for your home isn't necessarily what the market will support.

At least, not at the perfect price, in the perfect location, with every feature on your wishlist. 😄

That's why it's important to separate your list into:

MUST-HAVES
Things the home truly needs to work for your lifestyle.

NICE-TO-HAVES
Things you would love—but could live without.

Knowing the difference can make house hunting much less stressful.

The goal isn't to find a perfect house.

It's to find the right home for you.

Leave room for:

🏡 Maintenance
🎉 Life outside of your mortgage
