One home in Dunedin is a spectacular place to call home and one of Madison's $1Million+ sales! AND she won this multiple offer situation for her buyers with pure strategy- not the sales price, not the contingencies, straight strategy- and her buyer's were thrilled about it! These new homeowners will enjoy a beautiful, walkable town in Dunedin where Florida living is at its finest.
