Consistency is key. It's as simple as that. Keep up with your clients, even after closing. You want to make sure that they think of you whenever they hear about houses. Word of mouth referrals are your best friend. Being consistent in performance, research, etiquette, the hustle overall, is what gets you results. Even with this market, improving or not, anything is possible with dedication and consistency.
