The higher interest rates are also better for buyers because there will be less competition and you can more likely lock in a better price now. If the rate drops later you can always refinance.

I usually tell people to call or text right in the ad, but they still send me Facebook messages;. I don't use this account frequently enough to keep up with Facebook messages. I just responded to 30 of them.
