During this holiday season, please DO NOT split your purchases into payments. While many companies offer this service and it may not reflect on your credit report...it will still show as a reoccurring charge on your bank statement. This is causing a lot of problems for folks looking to purchase a home. Underwriting is GOING to ask and they ARE GOING to want documentation. This payment will count toward your debt to income. Just some friendly advise...
