One of my favorite parts of real estate is getting to know the people behind the move — their story, their goals, and what they’re building in the next chapter of life.

Today I want to highlight one of my clients, Erin Thorne, who recently moved to Michigan and is now a golf professional and coach here locally.

Erin has an incredible background in the game. She was the Head Women’s Golf Coach at Kennesaw State University, where she helped lead the program to major success, including an ASUN Championship, and was named 2024 ASUN Coach of the Year.

Now she has brought that experience here to Michigan and is coaching at Detroit Golf Club, one of the most historic golf clubs in the area, known for its long tradition in Detroit and its two Donald Ross-designed 18-hole courses.

🏡✨ Another Blessed Closing Story ✨🏡

When Dan and I first spoke, he told me he was going to do his research before choosing an agent — and I encouraged him to.

🎉 Congratulations to Miles and Kristel on purchasing their very first home! 🏡

These two were absolutely amazing to work with — they trusted my guidance every step of the way and ran with it! We found the perfect home within minutes of their parents, and honestly, this deal was meant to be from the start. Everything went so smoothly!

We were able to negotiate a new electrical service panel and service line, plus several other important electrical updates. The sewer line was brand new up to a certain point and just needed a good cleanout of some roots right at the street — which we got done as well. The sellers were fantastic to work with, and the listing agent was professional and collaborative every step of the way.

A huge shoutout to Jason Bock, their lender — extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. And of course, none of this would run as smoothly without my amazing transaction coordinator Julia Slezak. The people behind the scenes deserve just as much credit — she’s an absolute rockstar and I’m grateful to have her as part of my team! 🙌
