We are hiring! Liberty Property & Asset Management is looking for a Commercial Property Accountant / CAM Specialist to join our growing team.
This role is a great fit for an experienced commercial real estate accounting professional with a strong background in CAM reconciliations, tenant billings, and operating expense recoveries. You will work closely with our property management team to ensure accurate reporting, lease compliance, and financial integrity across our portfolio.

What we are looking for:
3+ years of commercial property accounting experience, direct CAM reconciliation and lease administration experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with Yardi is a plus.
