Step 1. Before you even look at the first house, get pre-approved. This shows you what you can afford and what price range you should be looking in. It also shows the seller that you are serious in buying and the process is already in motion. This is vital, especially in today's market. Houses are moving quickly, when you find one you love, a pre-approval is submitted with the offer. There's no time to waste.

My family and I took a break away and went on a 16 day vacation. It was exactly what we needed. It included cliff jumping, rock slides, water parks, fishing, nature, tons of swimming, Disney, the ocean, amusement parks, the mountains, and precious memories made. What is your favorite way to spend your summer days?
