SOLD. This has been a 15-year deal in the making. I met the former owner over 20 years ago when I sold him a multi-family in Detroit. We have maintained intermittent contact for many years. He called me in 2011 and told me when he is ready to sell his portfolio, he wants me to do it. Mind you, I had moved to NC because my husband was in the military, and when I came back to Michigan, I wasn't sure I was going to return to back into real estate. After the phone call my husband convinced me to do it. Thus 15 years later, it happened. The good Lord blessed me with the buyer and seller for this deal. I am thankful and grateful.
