Today I had the opportunity to speak at Career Day with the amazing fourth graders at Lincoln Elementary School.

I got to share about my career as a real estate agent, the importance of giving back to our communities, and how much I truly love serving people beyond just helping them buy or sell homes. These kids were incredibly bright, engaged, and asked some of the BEST questions. Their curiosity and excitement for the future was inspiring.

What made today even more meaningful was that my youngest son is a fourth grader there, so I had the chance to speak not only to students, but to his peers and classmates. Watching him during the presentation absolutely filled my heart. Of course his hand was up the most to all my questions 😆

And in true Elan fashion, he made sure to keep me humble afterward by telling me that out of everyone who spoke today, I was his second favorite… because Flynn Drilling took first place. 😂 Honestly, I’ll take second place proudly.

Thank you to the staff and students for welcoming me today. Investing in our youth and helping them dream about their futures is always time well spent.

My heart is so full. 💛

Our 2nd Annual Birthday Box Drive has officially been dropped off …. even if it was a few months behind schedule this year. Life gets busy, but this community always shows up in the most beautiful way.

Thank you to every single person who donated, supported, shared, and helped make these birthday boxes possible for families in need throughout Lincoln County. Something as simple as celebrating a birthday can mean the world to a child and their family.

A special thank you to Glenda from the Lincoln County MO Health Department for helping assist with distribution to the food pantries across Lincoln County. Your heart for this community does not go unnoticed my friend.

One of my favorite parts of this project is having my boys help put the boxes together and deliver them. Teaching them the importance of giving back, loving others, and being involved in our community is something I’ll always cherish. Watching them serve alongside me reminds me that small acts of kindness create big ripples of love.

Thank you all again for helping spread birthday love. 🎂🎁

Last week I had the pleasure of attending the Missouri REALTORS® Spring Business Conference. It was filled with growth, learning, leadership, and a lot of reflection.

Serving as Co-Chair for our local Leadership Academy Class of 2026 gave me an even deeper appreciation for what leadership truly looks like.

I walked away with so much knowledge, new perspective, and a full heart for the future of our industry and our community.

One of the greatest parts of this experience has been being able to mentor, encourage, and walk alongside this incredible group of emerging leaders as they continue to grow into their own strengths and purpose.

I’m proud of this class, thankful for the connections they made, and excited to continue to watch them pour into others along the way as they grow.

Grateful, humbled, and inspired for what’s ahead. 💙

Today was one of those days that reminds me why I chose this path in the first place. 🫶🏻

I had the opportunity to be at the Capitol for Realtor® Days with the St. Charles REALTORS. It wasn’t about transactions or closings…..it was about people. Our community!

Homeownership is so much bigger than a house. It’s security. It’s memories being made. It’s a place to land at the end of a long day and say, “this is mine.”

Being able to show up and have conversations that help protect that for others… that matters to me more than I can really put into words.

I’m proud to stand alongside other agents who care deeply, not just about the business, but about doing right by the families and communities we serve. 🙏

Because at the end of the day, this isn’t just what we do… it’s who we advocate for.

I was challenged by FIXED Plumbing & Water Treatment Services! Challenge accepted and raised the love. 🥰

From now until April 16th, LBB Troy is helping collect items for Buddy Bags, Bright Futures, and Food For All – Winfield…..programs that support kids and families right here in Lincoln County facing food insecurity.

This isn’t about one person!

This is about ALL of us!!

🏡 I’m challenging our entire community to show up.

✔️ Show up to the local businesses that are participating
✔️ Show up for the kids who rely on these programs
✔️ Show up for each other

📍 Where I showed up today:

✔️ Sarah’s House of Decor
✔️ Lincoln County Courthouse
✔️ Troy Area Chamber of Commerce

And I’m just getting started…

💥 Now I’m challenging you:

👉 Our community! Step into a local business and drop off items
👉 Our local and elected officials! Stop by and drop off at the courthouse
👉 Our Chamber members/board! Bring items to our next board meeting and show up in a big way

💥 Why this matters:

• Feeding 600–650 local students EVERY weekend
• That’s $4,000–$5,000 each weekend
• And these programs rely on our community to keep going

This is what Lincoln County does best…
We show up. We take care of our own. We lead with heart.
