🍰 Happy National Dessert Day, friends! ❤️

Okay friends, I have to know... what's your FAVORITE dessert?🍨🥧🍪

Mine is hands down German chocolate cake! 🤎 But it's more than just a dessert to me. It takes me right back to my childhood and brings back so many sweet memories of my dad. ❤️

And something that makes it even sweeter! Karen at Auntie K's, right here in Troy, makes the BEST German chocolate cupcakes! Every now and then she'll randomly message me to let me know she has some in the case and I can come grab one. 🥹❤️

It's such a small gesture, but it means more to me than she probably realizes. It's one of those little things that keeps those special memories close.

Funny how something as simple as a cupcake can mean so much! 🧁

Ever wonder what your agent is doing behind the scenes to keep things moving?

Today, I’m at my own listing, lending a hand to a fellow agent and their potential buyers.

We already have an offer on the table, and another buyer would really like the opportunity to see the home before deciding if they want to submit an offer, too. Their agent had another commitment during the timeframe that worked for the buyers, so we worked together to make sure they still had the opportunity to see it.

That’s one of the things I love about real estate, sometimes it takes a little teamwork between agents to make things happen for everyone involved.

At the end of the day, we’re each representing our own clients and looking out for their best interests, but that doesn’t mean we can’t help one another along the way.

I’m happy to lend a hand and help their buyers get through the door. It gives their clients an opportunity to see a home they’re interested in, while also giving my sellers another potential opportunity.
