The is hot 🔥 due to an over saturation of buyers and a shortage of listings/new construction/sellers. The 2008 crash caused a lack of new construction homes in the “ “ price range and then the covid shutdown last March 2020- May 2020 caused HUGE influx of buyers all around once that no one was ready and fortunately for my clients, like the one who purchased this home, I had a few tricks up my sleeve. 😉
