Before Thrive Ohio was public, there was a group of Realtor Partners who already saw the vision.✨

They believed in what Mark + Natasia wanted to build.

They believed in what Thrive could bring to Ohio.

And they were willing to step into something new from the very beginning.

We are so proud to introduce our Thrive Ohio Founding Realtor Partners. 🌱

If you asked them why Thrive, you’d hear a lot of different answers, but one word comes up again and again👇

MORE.

More support.

More tools.

More systems.

More opportunity to grow.

…and more ability to truly serve their clients and make an impact in the communities they care about.

Because saying you want to do more for your clients is one thing.

Having the marketing, technology, resources, leadership, community, and platforms behind you to actually do it is another.

This group saw what was possible.

They trusted the vision.

And they chose to help build it from day one.

We are honored to have them at the foundation of Thrive Ohio and even more excited for you to get to know each of them.

Meet the Founding Realtor Partners of Thrive Ohio.

And if you’re curious what this group saw early on that made them say yes to Thrive, DM us “MORE.” We’d love to show you.

A long-vacant, contaminated site in the Morningside neighborhood is set for a major cleanup after receiving a $560,000 state brownfield grant.
The plan? Turn the property into Cash Only Bistro, a new build-your-own pasta restaurant that is expected to create 16 jobs once open. Construction is currently expected to wrap up in spring 2027.

It's another example of how Detroit is taking properties that have sat unused and turning them into something that can bring people, jobs, and new activity back into the neighborhood.

And honestly… a build-your-own pasta spot sounds pretty good to us.

The Wright Museum of Art and Detroit Historical Society are asking voters in Wayne and Oakland counties to approve a new 0.2-mill property tax on the November 3 ballot.
If approved, the measure is expected to generate approximately $28.6 million in its first year to support both institutions.
For a home valued at $300,000, the estimated cost would be around $30 per year.

The museums say the funding would help address long-term financial challenges and preserve the stories, artifacts, and history that make Detroit—and Michigan—what it is today.
It's a relatively small amount for an individual homeowner, but across thousands of properties, it could make a major difference for two institutions that have played a huge role in telling Detroit's story.

The proposal is expected to appear on the November 3 ballot for voters in Wayne and Oakland counties.

So here's the question:
Would you vote YES on a $30-a-year property tax to help preserve Detroit's history? 👇
