This is officially property #3 for us and our new place to call home. Even better? We walked into closing with approximately $26,000 in instant equity in a highly sought after neighborhood in Enterprise thanks to knowing the market, understanding value, and negotiating strategically.

I had the honor to learn about the S.O.S. (Senior Outreach & Support) Program from the Dale County Sheriff Department at our Kiwanis meeting in Ozark today .
