My clients accepted a FULL PRICE offer less than 7 days after hitting the market, but getting to this closing was one of the hardest deals I’ve had in my career.

There were many moments I did not think we would make it to the closing table. This was one of those deals. I wish I didn’t care about my clients as much as I do because it would’ve saved me a lot of tears and sleepless we’re making it to the closing table with these incredible people made it all worth it. I’m so incredibly happy for them. They have been some of the sweetest people to work with, and I’m thankful I get to be the kind of agent who genuinely cares about the people behind the transaction.

A huge thank you to the Parker Loan Team with Movement Mortgage for stepping in, caring about their clients, and helping pull this one together when it really mattered. And thank you to Ramsey, Baxley & McDougle for taking such good care of everyone and helping get us across the finish line. I really can not say enough amazing things about them.
