It confirms current ownership and details items tied to the property, including liens, easements, restrictions, as well as requirements that must be addressed prior to issuing a final policy.

From our perspective, this is where clarity begins. It allows all parties to identify and resolve issues early, reducing friction as the file moves toward closing.

A clean commitment, paired with timely curative work, is what keeps transactions on track and prevents surprises at the table.
