🚧 Construction zone!! 🚧 Above the newly built parking garage sits the newest Champion Commercial Structures project! The Cambria Hotel is an all modular hotel being erected in the heart of downtown Detroit (3rd and Howard). View the progress as four floors of modular rooms will be transformed into a 158 suite hotel - the first modular Cambria Inn & Suites!

Excited to announce that the Modular Building Institute awarded us with an Award of Distinction: first place in their Permanent Modular Multi-Family over 10,000 sf category! The Alloy at Tech Hill apartment building is the first modular multi-family project in Nashville, TN, and features 82 living units. Last week was the groundbreaking on an exciting new project in the heart of Detroit, MI. The new Cambria Hotel will open in third quarter 2020, and features 6 stories, 158 rooms, a rooftop pool and bar, and so much more...all built around the historic Walter-Roehrig Building that was once home to the iconic WWJ-AM radio studio.

We are so excited to be a part of the largest modular construction project in the city, while preserving such a wonderful piece of Detroit history!

Construction zone! Champion employees and family members toured "The Corner", a recently completed apartment building at Michigan & Trumbull today! The first of it's kind in Detroit, floors 2 thru 4 are ALL MODULAR apartments featuring high-end amenities and walk-out balconies. The main floor will be used as commercial/retail space.
