Some good tips for homeowners who plan on listing their home this winter!

The most important ones are: TONS of light when it’s normally so dreary outside and SNOW removal.

Nothing more frustrating than showings homes to potential buyers when walkways and driveways haven’t been shoveled.

Offer your clients a list of important ways to prepare their home for a winter showing.
