Typically, my assistant and I take one week long vacation per year, and maybe an occasional getaway here and there... During this year's vacation, we sold THREE homes and came back and sold another this morning. God is good! Nationally it sounds like the real estate market is slowing down, but around here? Not so much. Congrats to all of my sellers and buyers and as always - THANK YOU to Steph and the rest of the crew for making sure everything went smoothly while we were at the beach! If this keeps up we may have to start taking more vacations! 🤣

A quick hop, skip and a jump south(ish) takes us to the Loyalsock State Forest and today's adventure - Jacoby Falls. This out and back in the cool woods was a sure way to beat the heat - even if there wasn't much falling at the falls :)
