The 2026 UGOC Wellness Fair was a great opportunity for our team to step away from the day-to-day and focus on what matters most, our health and well-being. From mindfulness and relaxation, to friendly competition and connecting with colleagues from across the state, this event provided a meaningful chance to recharge, learn, and spend time together. Thank you to everyone who joined us and to those who helped make this year's Wellness Fair a success!

United Group is delighted to welcome Cathy Ballini as Property Manager at The Arbella at Bramble Hill!

Cathy brings more than 20 years of senior living and operations experience to United Group. Most recently, she served as Executive Director of Operations at Mason Wright Senior Living, where she led operations for traditional, memory care, and independent living communities. During her tenure, she successfully drove staff engagement, managed admissions and occupancy goals, and ensured operational excellence across the organization.

In her role as Property Manager, Cathy will oversee daily operations and help support the continued success and growth of the vibrant 55+ community.

Alicia comes to United Group with five years of experience in luxury multifamily rentals and property management. Most recently, she served as Property Manager at Robbins Property Associates, where she managed tenant relations, property operations, budgeting, lease administration, and financial reporting.

As Property Manager of The Sovana at Stuart, Alicia will oversee daily operations, support the continued success of the community, and enhance the resident experience.
