Krysten brings more than five years of property management experience to United Group and most recently served as Community Manager at Allegiant-Carter.

In her role as Property Manager, Krysten will lead the day-to-day operations at The Lodge at BridgeMill while helping foster a welcoming community and build on the property’s continued success and growth.

Back-to-school season is here, and our communities came together to help Florida students start the school year safely! 🎒🚲 Thanks to the generosity of United Group residents and team members, The Hamilton at Lakeside and Gables at Lakeside donated 50 helmets to local children to promote bike and pedestrian safety.

United Group is proud to celebrate Kevin Spinner, Maintenance Project Manager of the Parkstead Properties, on reaching his five-year milestone with the Company!

Kevin joined United Group in September of 2021 as a Maintenance Technician at Parkstead Watertown at Black River. In May of 2022 he was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor at the property, and today, Kevin serves as Maintenance Project Manager for all Parkstead Properties!

Throughout his time with United Group, Kevin has been a dedicated and valued member of the team. He consistently demonstrates a commitment to the success of the teams and properties he supports, and we are grateful for the dedication, hard work, and positive impact he brings to United Group each day.
