We are UNDER CONTRACT on this gorgeous house🏠🥰
It is my client's DREAM HOME ❤️ We toured this home the night before she left the country on vacation. While she was there, she received her pre-approval; I wrote the offer, and it was accepted!! I would say that's an exciting vacation, to say the least 😄 I'm so happy for her and look forward to guiding her through this NEW HOME JOURNEY🎉

I showed my client SEVEN houses on Wednesday. The last showing was "the one." It is perfect for him...I mean, the garage alone almost sealed the deal. 😂
I wrote the offer, and it was ACCEPTED!!! Now, we're heading into inspections and making our way to the closing table. 🔑
At the end of the day, it's not just about buying a house. It's about finding the place where life happens and memories are made. Seeing that excitement while we went through the house and knowing I've helped someone find a place that feels like their home is one of the best parts of my job. 🏠❤️

Woo Hoo 🎉OFFER ACCEPTED!!! We were in a multiple offer situation & sometimes the highest offer doesn't win. Not only do I need to know what's important to my clients, but I also need to be able to read between the lines to figure out what might be important to the seller when writing an offer. I am so excited and proud of my client!! This is going to be the start of a great chapter for her 🥰
